 Acclaimed International Staff Songsters of The Salvation Army, London, in Akron for Free Performance

Akron, OH, March, 6, 2024 –– The Salvation Army, Summit County Area Services, invites the public to a free performance of the International Staff Songsters, 6:30pm, Wednesday, April 3, 2024, for an incredible evening of music and inspiration.

For one special evening, The Salvation Army International Staff Songsters direct from London, England, will bring their soul-stirring melodies to Akron, OH on their 2024 World Tour.

The Songsters will be performing live, filling the air with beautiful harmonies and uplifting melodies from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the Akron Summit County Main Library’s beautiful auditorium, 60 S. High Street, downtown Akron.

“With a performance list of praise hymns, classical songs and contemporary choral music to inspire the listener, the International Staff Songsters use the power of music and song to share God's love and to bring people and communities together,” said Capt. Anita Albert-Watson, Area Coordinator for The Salvation Army Summit County Area Services. “We hope to fill the Library auditorium with choral music lovers for an evening of joy, hope, peace and love.”
