Schaeffler Group USA to build manufacturing facility in Dover, creating 650 jobs

 The Schaeffler Group will build a new manufacturing facility in Dover. The company expects to break ground later this year, and is projecting to bring 650 jobs to residents of Wayne and Tuscarawas counties.
