INFORMATION:

2023 was one of the largest years in terms of the number of people served by the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank and its network of hunger-relief partners. People sought help with groceries in record numbers. Foodbank President & CEO Dan Flowers and Joree Novotny, executive director of the Ohio Association of Foodbanks, will highlight trends in food insecurity locally and across the state. As food banks across the region continue to serve thousands of families, the Harvest for Hunger Campaign is an easy way for community members to support local hunger relief. Northeast Ohio truly becomes united during the Harvest for Hunger Campaign as the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank partners with three other Ohio food banks to fight hunger across 21 counties.
