Canton, Ohio - The Stark County Minority Business Association (SCMBA) is thrilled to announce its upcoming Cash Mob event at The 19th Hole on Thursday, April 25, from 5:30-8:00 pm.
A Cash Mob is an event where a group of people assemble to make purchases in support of local businesses and the overall community. The 19th Hole is a captivating golf simulator business nestled within the historic Mills Tower in Canton, Ohio.
Embracing the building’s rich heritage as a former bank, The 19th Hole Canton seamlessly blends the charm of the past with the excitement of cutting-edge golf technology. Enhancing the experience further, The 19th Hole Canton boasts a vibrant bar and restaurant, where patrons can enjoy a delicious meal and raise a toast to a successful round.

During this event, guests can indulge in delicious food and drinks at the bar and restaurant while soaking in the lively atmosphere. Drink specials include $4 Cider Rocks, $2 Busch, and a $12 SCMBA-themed drink. Plus, one complimentary golf bay will be reserved for event attendees to enjoy (if available, other bays can be rented).
"Our Cash Mob program seeks to spread awareness to the Stark County community and to encourage the support and patronage of local minority-owned businesses," says Elise Watkins, Marketing and Communications Coordinator of SCMBA. "By organizing Cash Mob gatherings, we aim to boost sales for SCMBA member businesses, stimulate economic development, and cultivate social connections within the community."
SCMBA's Cash Mob program continues to demonstrate success, achieving a staggering 250% increase in sales during its last event in February compared to a typical night at the participating restaurant.
